We will wait for you at our office in Hessische Straße 9, just around the corner where the apartments are located.

Please come directly to the office for check-in and pay the total remaining amount for the apartment rental (including final cleaning). We will then hand out the keys and show you the apartment.
Please note that we only accept cash payment. We do not have credit card facilities.

Our office hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday 9.30AM – 6PM
Arrivals after 6PM and at the weekends can be arranged individually.
For late arrivals after 7PM we charge as follows:

After 7PM to 8PM = 10,00 €
After 8PM to 9PM = 20,00 €
After 10PM = 30,00 €
