REMARK: The apartment is located on the 1st floor and overlooks a quiet courtyard. In the close vicinity there are a plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés. Below the apartment there is a bar, mostly active on the weekend days and may cause a minor noise. Due to the soundproofing floor of the apartment, there where no major noise problems in the past. However, for light sleepers this apartment may not be ideal.
